This includes mandatory certifications such as the EU’s CE and the USA’s FCC. Our factory is also ISO 9001 certified to ensure standardized quality management. If you require exclusive certifications for specific target markets, we can also handle that for you. We provide a complete, end-to-end service covering testing, rectification, and certificate acquisition, so you don’t need to undertake any extra work.

Our standard products require a minimum order of 500 units. These are available in our factory’s standard models and colors.

OEM/ODM services require a minimum order of 1,000 units. This includes custom packaging, logo printing, and color customization. For modifications involving product appearance or functionality, please contact us directly to discuss and finalize the solution.

For standard (non-customized) orders, we can usually complete production within 10 days. For light customization such as packaging, manual, logo, or product color, the lead time is 10–20 days. For modifications involving product appearance or functionality, mold work may be required—please contact us to discuss the specific solution, and we will confirm the timeline accordingly.

Our pricing is 100% transparent with no hidden fees. The default quotation is based on EXW (Ex Works) from our Ningde factory. We support all major international trade terms, including FOB Fuzhou/Xiamen, CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to meet your shipping and logistics requirements.
